My Story

I didn’t always think this way.

For years, I gave people meal plans and macro goals—and they followed them. But even when the numbers looked “right,” something was often still missing. They still felt tired. Foggy. Disconnected. And honestly, so did I.

It wasn’t until I started looking at my own life through a deeper lens—stress, trauma, nervous system patterns, gut health, hormones—that everything shifted. Not just for me, but for my clients too.

I began to see how food, thoughts, emotions, and meaning all shape our mental and physical health. And I realized we don’t need more restriction—we need more nourishment. More clarity. More honest, real-world support.
